V74 TRUE FOUR-ELLIPSE CLOVER + LARGER MOVEMENT RANGE

What was wrong in V73
- Four ellipses were calculated, but the two end ellipses were centered too close to the fault middle.
- Because they overlapped the direct fault body / each other, the result could look like only two ellipses.
- The Corner outward gap slider also had too small a movement range.

What changed
- Side ellipses remain on opposite sides of the fault.
- End ellipses are now centered outside the actual fault ends: ±(1.05 + 0.20*EndOut + 0.15*CornerGap) * half_fault_length.
- Corner outward gap slider range is increased from 0-2 to 0-10.
- Default corner outward gap is now 1.0.
- End ellipses are slightly stronger/longer in the strike direction through the center placement and sigma retune.

Use
- Increase Corner outward gap if the 4 ellipses still sit too close to the fault.
- Increase End outward offset if the end ellipses need to separate farther beyond the rupture ends.
