V127 VALIDATED-ANCHOR DEPTH EFFICIENCY TABLE

Base
- Built from v126.

What changed
- Replaced the older v80 hand-tuned thrust/reverse depth-efficiency curve with a table anchored to commonly used tsunami-source constraints.
- The new table is used anywhere slip+dip+depth are converted back into injected tsunami source height, including quick finite-fault placement and preset reload rebuilds.

New thrust/reverse depth-efficiency table
- 0 km : 1.000
- 10 km : 0.950
- 20 km : 0.850
- 40 km : 0.500
- 60 km : 0.250
- 70 km : 0.150
- 100 km : 0.030
- 150 km : 0.003
- 200 km+: 0.000

Notes
- There is no universal observed scalar for this; rigorous models compute seafloor deformation with Okada/elastic dislocation.
- This fast scalar table follows the operational fact that most tsunamigenic earthquake sources are shallow, with practical cutoffs around 70-100 km and near-zero direct tsunami generation by 150-200 km.
- Interpolation uses smootherstep to prevent sudden jumps when a finite-fault patch crosses a depth breakpoint.
