V105 QUICK FINITE-FAULT EXCEL-LIKE GRID EDITOR

Base
- Built from v104.

Main UI change
- The quick finite-fault editor is now an Excel-like patch grid instead of one patch per text row.
- The epicenter/reference cell is fixed at C3.
- Example: B2 means one patch left/up from C3 in the strike/down-dip grid.
- Each non-empty cell is written as: slip, delay, dip
  Example: 12.5,60,15
- Blank cells are ignored.

Coloring
- Color by Slip or Delay.
- The scale is white -> cyan at 20% -> green at 40% -> yellow at 60% -> red at maximum.

Dip fix
- Each cell's dip is now explicitly used when rebuilding the water-height/uplift from slip.
- The patch's projected width in preview/apply also uses that cell's dip.

Placement
- Closing/applying the editor still asks whether to save CSV.
- Whether saved or not, it enters final placement mode.
- Mouse position is the C3 epicenter.
- Strike and patch size are still adjusted in the placement mode.
